I know it was in the 70′s in a different time, but if him opening the door scared her…then why didn’t she lock the door? By the look of outside, it was late, Lock The Door!

You have to work the brain and body, and I think it is very important to stay “social”, even if you don’t feel like it! People need people, and technology has probably done more harm than good in the “unity” department. Just my opinion…..

My grandma will be 98 in January, born in 1913. She is totally sharp, and still a “cool” lady. My other grandma was born 1-11-11. She died last yr, and was good up until her last 4 yrs, until having strokes. My dad is 67 and still hits a golf ball 300 yards, and works out everyday. My step dad is 72 and owns/runs an engineering firm with 30 employee’s. I think after about 35 it is pretty much up to you how you want to age. A lot of 40 somethings are like 60 something’s, and vice versa.

My Dad’s Mom was born in 1898 and lived until 1999. She was 101. Had she made it five more months, she would’ve lived in THREE centuries. She outlived six of her eight children, including my Dad.

There is an “epigenetic” process that may be triggered through high carbohydrate diets. It may not help you to carry a healthful diet, but it may help your children or grandchildren.
