    My husband always dittos what Meg says. I have to disagree, though. Maybe, if you're anorexic, your body goes into hibernation mode for survival, but if you're feeding it something, and you've got fat to burn, then it ought to just burn! Besides, I look at my sweetie's belly, and I'm not taking diet tips from him – even though I love his belly! I just believe that it works like this – you burn more calories than you take in. The end. Of course, my diet tips probably aren't the best either since I've been going for 8 pounds for as long as I can remember, and they're still sitting in my butt!
