I love the bar exercises these guys do. I would love to come workout with these guys.
You guys should post your lowerbody exercises more.
@jgarzaq if you workout 5 times a day, you will just overtrain yourself and not get any bigger most likely. you grow muscles when recovering, not at the gym. and just taking in protein won’t do it. protein and healthy fats are essential for supporting the processes in the body. but especially if u’re skinny and want to get bigger, you’ll need to eat carbs, and quite a few
i wish we had at least one playground like this in our country!!! instead, i have to do pull ups and all other stuff on some trees and on bars where other people hang their laundry on! XD
If I take protein and make this workout 5 times a day, will I get bigger?my weight is 164 pounds and my height is 5’8. I’m no fat at all, I want to weight 188 pounds and Im really interested in start training like this video. I have gone to the gym like for 2 months from now. Can anyone answer me this, If I take protein and make this workout 5 times a day, will I get bigger?
