Good job! I am a teacher of Kundalini Yoga each pose is usually done 1 to 3 minutes….where you are gradually increase your time. Nice demo on the breath of fire coming from the solar plexus

She is doing Kundalini Yoga. You do break a sweat, the movements are fast compared to other types of Yoga, thats the whole point of Kundalini Yoga. Its not meant to be slow, long and deep stretching as other styles, that’s what makes Kundalini Yoga different to all others. She know’s exactly what she’s doing.
