sexy
What the hell is a zykiel bread? Is that like some sort of christian food?
@ESCAPEDCONVICT01 thats what I thought it sounds like complete ragatag but its always best to check just in case.
@Caty135 obviously someone else replied already yours was unnecessary.
@duyuctaz uh no.
i find what you eat BEFORE is just as important as what you eat after, specially if the goal is to build muscle, honestly, you need a good ammount of complex carbs to fill up those glycogen supplies and really be able to push yourself and give it a 110%, of course everyone is different, me being the person who can have a BIG bowl of chicken breast and paste and go have a full intense leg workout squat session just 45-1 hour after hehe, crazy pumps too
@duyuctaz thats bullshit
I heard protein shakes aren’t good for you that they build ‘fake’ muscle gives you the illusion of having muscle but its just fat
Jugs.
Chili’s, KFC, PF Changs, Red Lobster, Ruby Tuesdays, Cheesecake Factory…what if you could make the food they do right from home? Now you can! – youtube.com/watch?v=6ktnVmKZXOo
banana and a protein shake, i just saw a vid with a guy that makes oatmeal and then adds no sugar added apple sauce, ummmm but if i do cardio i eat way before my work out cuz i get cramps if not then something very very small before

thank you sarah
Nice breast!
You like ezekiel toast too!
hey sarah, i was wondering if u can tell me what to eat in order to lose body fat and finally see my abs..not that I can see em but i have that layer of fat on top of them and i really wanna get rid of it! thanks
how about eggs and toast (without butter) as post work out diet???
@Vfare36 It’s important to supplement if u want muscles like u say. I am sure you don’t have all day to cook up a bunch of chicken or egg whites. Most people today are far to busy that’s why protein shakes are so important and popular. I want you to get what your looking for. You have to add shakes into your busy day.
@jahlove111 There is nothing wrong with Whey protein. You need to google & really not go by what othere’s say. I been taking whey protein for years. Nothing is wrong with me. Post workout u should have a protein shake is the best it hits the system in 20 minutes. Chicken has a slower break down like 2 hours. Better then starving yourself. If u want muscles u gotta supplement!
Nice video Sarah. I prefer since going all those hours without food. Casein protein ON’s in the morning when I first get up for slow break down and before bed for slow break down while I sleep. So my body doesn’ t starve. Post workout. I do a quicker digesting protein like ON’S as well as during the day.
@Laursieful Very bad. Eating do not be afraid to eat at nite. Remove carbs that late & focus on a protein. so that the body doesn’t starve itself while your sleeping all those hours. The body is very intelligent. It stores away fat for the times you starve meaning when u think your going to lose weight it will do the opposite. I have whey isolate protein ON’s during the day because it hits the system quick. I take casein protein which is a slower digesting protein at nite.
after i work out i usually eat chicken breast with vegetables or pasta + cheese and a fruit! please tell me if i’m doing the right thing cuz i want to gain muscles (i’m a girl lol )!!!
i’ve never tried whey protein! i heard a lot of bad things about it so i’m trying to stay away from it!
Hello sarah, good job…5 stars 5
A lot depends on what your goals are. If you just want to lose your gut, tone up, and build some muscle, you don't necessary need to eat more but you do need to make sure you are eating a balanced, nutritious diet. Base your diet on lean protein sources like chicken or turkey, vegetables, fruit (in moderation), and whole grain products.
Cut out or cut down on junk food and fast food. Also, watch your alcohol intake if you drink. Eat 5-6 smaller meals (healthy snacks are included as meals) every 3-4 hours spread out throughout the day. Make sure you get at least 25-30 grams of fiber in your diet and drink plenty of water to flush toxins out of your body. Eat starchy carbs like rice and bread earlier in the day and eat lighter carbs like vegetables at night.
To build muscle, do strength training twice a week and allow your body 3-4 days rest in between workouts. You actually build muscle when your body is resting and recovering between workouts. Focus on exercises that work many muscles at once like pushups, lunges, and squats. Limit your workouts to no more than 45-60 minutes to prevent overtraining which could lead to injury.
Always choose free weights over machines. You can build a great physique by using dumbbells and doing calisthenics (pushups and body weight exercises). Dumbbells and calisthenics force your body to use muscles that machines don't. This gives you better functional strength and balance. Also, limit your cardio exercises to no more than 30 minutes 3-4 times per week. Doing too much cardio can actually cause you to lose muscle.
Hope that helps!
