Bill Phillips is a great singer from North Carolina who toured with the Kitty Wells/Johnnie Wright show. This song had the harmonies of Dolly Parton but Decca (Phillips’ label) couldn’t credit Dolly Parton on the record because at the time she recorded for Monument. However, many DJs asked who the girl who sang the harmonies on the record was. I think that this record is what caused Porter Wagoner to hire Dolly Parton to replace Pretty Miss Norma Jean when Norma left the show.

Let’s see those pajama pants on Bill Phillips. What sizes do they come in, again? XXXXXXXXXXL?

That’s not an opinion, dude. That’s an observation. My observation is that yes, yes it is. There are about 165 12 ounce servings of beer in a keg (1984 ounces). A whole keg of Boulevard stout, less deposit, where I used to live was $120, coming to 72 cents a serving over a 12-pack’s rate of roughly $1.17/serving ($14/12-pack).
