If it's the Zicam Cold Remedy formula, you're probably ok, but you need to take it 3 times a day. They make an oral spray, a nasal mist, and a nasal swab (which works best for me but is kinda gross, it's like putting cold snot in your nostrils).
I find it works great, but you may need it again a few days later if it comes back. My theory is since you don't get the full on viral attack, your body never generates the appropriate antibodies for the virus, so you're still susceptible if you're re-infected.
Most of my male gay friends are in pretty good shape. Like very good shape. Not overly built, but very low body fat. I haven’t seen many who were pumped up on steroids, but admittedly my experience is limited. And I have no experience with male gay porn.
Literally everything in the description matches how I looked and felt about myself a year ago. Consider me the future you. I’m currently 6’1” and weight 11 stone. I weighed 9.5 stone a year ago. Here’s what I’ve changed about my life to help me achieve my goals: 1.) No sodas – I get my sugar from fruits 2.) No junk food – this includes anything fried, high in fat, high in sodium, etc. 3.) Eat more **PROTEIN** – eggs, fish, chicken, beef (protein shakes too for after workouts) 4.) Work out – I work out five days a week on top of other activities like sports and yard work. (My workout schedule: Arms, Legs, Chest, Shoulders, Back) 5.) Track progress – 2 or 3 times a month I weigh myself and take measurements of waist size, chest size, arm size, and leg size. I also keep track of my gym progress (how much weight and how many reps). I have amassed over a years worth of data and let me tell ya, it’s very rewarding to see the progress I’ve made. Simply looking at yourself in the mirror everyday is not good enough. You have to treat your body like a science experiment and record everything. My situation is a little different from yours because I have a workout buddy and a gym. But if you truly want to change how you look and feel about yourself, then no one can stop you. I hope some of this helps. As for your insecurities, the best advice is to give absolutely zero fucks about what the chav dildo wanker willies think.
