If you are interested in yoga type exercises, consider Tai Chi. People usually practice it a an older age as a catch up exercise for their ailing bodies. It is best practiced at a younger age to strengthen the body against the ailments of old age. The longer it is practiced, the benefits accumulate. Other hard exercises practiced in gym is great when you are young, but it gets harder and harder as you get older. Tai chi is the opposite. Consider it. Good video.

good good, hope the anxiety/panic problem goes away for you more tho, try finding some tai chi or qi gong classes to teach you breathing techniques, that shit murders anxiousness for me.
