Dr. Fred Bisci on the Raw Food Diet #244

www.therenegadehealthshow.com – Today, I went to see Dr. Fred Bisci to talk to him about my last 2 years of health experiments Everything from the cacao incident, to the lyme disease, to the candida. He gave me a lot of clarity from the meeting, and it was a complete affirmation that we all should have mentors when it comes to our health. After the talk, I asked Dr. Bisci if we could do a little show Take a watch

What a darling man – so wise. He seems to know that Mind if far more powerful than anything else we can imagine. Even if we are 100% raw but are chronically angry or unforgiving we may wind up having painful life or dying experiences. Just like any other human. Perhaps the point can be that no matter what our choices appear to be none of us are better or worse than anyone else. And that we are each the product True Love, whether or not we remember that this is so. <3

In my case the answer to his question is most definitely yes. I just used my new Blendtec blender for the first time to make a green smoothie, it was a great evening meal.

    Fantastic video.

    Thanks

Dude, I’d stop jumping at the camera and yelling at the beginning of your videos. Just some friendly advice. Your videos are excellent otherwise. Just chill, okay?

Great question. I could definitely be a great participant in my own health. I have sort of fallen off the healthy raw diet and am feeling sluggish, but am having a hard time getting back to healthy decisions. Thinking about being a full participant in my own health makes me realize that I need to take greater action. Thanks so much!

That was really great and inspiring. It’s really not hard to believe that Dr. Bisci is 80 yrs. young and still going strong. Thanks for sharing!

I am not sure. I haven’t seen it in a while and don’t remember it covering that. My guess is that they did not have to continue their raw food diet, but their diabetes would still be gone as long as they continued to eat more healthy foods and cut their sugar as they were doing before. Remember, the people in the documentary were on extremely unhealthy diets before stopping cold turkey.
