    Government and pharmaceuticals are working synergistically, as is government and the passing of health policy legislation. America is indeed, any many ways, a Therapeutic state.

  2. kmcl11 says:

    @whaletones20009 Like I said..if the issue is govt then why are so many under corporate control. The repubs love to contract out..b/c of jobs!!! What a comment imagine that. American are in more debt to banks, cards, etc then any other nation. Smaller govt will not stop the way we are treated by corporations. However I like Paul on lots of issues. Do i agree with everything? No.

  3. whaletones20009 says:

    @kmcl11 If you go to his web site, just present the question. I believe he’ll be more than happy to answer that. I would say, though, that is that if he is against the way the FED works, and they are a corporate entity of ‘private bankers’ running the show, I doubt very much if he’s for any corporate control.

    There’s nothing wrong with small government. This is the way it was designed to be…not what it is today. The problem comes from the majority of people depending on government.

  4. jimmyjoe1975 says:

    @greyced It is a cycle friend. Patience unfortunately is a virtue that leads to imprisonment. Then blood spills and we the pendulum resets. But government is almost a certitude. People first look for some organizing principle. As more people join the organization (we will ignore violent forces) the requirement to have some administrators eventually becomes wanted (10,000 people at a meeting can be cumbersome). Slowly but surely we are back to bleeding. The question just seems to be when.

    What is his stance on corporate control?

  13. statesRcountries says:

    @timongarretson,
    thank you. the sad truth, however, is that good government was never meant to be construed into a “monopoly of force (or coercion)”; but rather, “an instrument implemented to protect our freedom”.

    Though this video is the best explanation I’ve found to explain the corruption that has made “force” inevitable (which harkens back to the days of Reconstruction)…

    @rjksoccer06

    One of the best comments I’ve ever read.

  19. kmcl11 says:

    Like I said ….his solutions come with other problems. The idea that one will just ‘shut it down’ without starting a fight is ridiculous.

    Something Ron Paul said between 9:09 and 9:30 was altered. It was about Ben Bernacki!! Listen again . He was making a major point about the roach.

    I made a batch of chili yesterday and I am definitely leaving some serious chemtrails! But seriously, Ron Paul rocks! END THE FED!!! Vote Libertarian!

  24. lysel3 says:

    He did not “drop out” … He was barred by his OWN PARTY, not allowed to participate in several “Debates”, marginalized by BIG MEDIA … It was all a PLOT – by those in power, to keep the people from getting a TRUE REPRESENTATIVE of their will.

    Thos. Jefferson wrote: “”The will of the people is the only legitimate foundation of any government, and to protect its free expression should be our first object.” …

    BIG Mainstream media is OWNED by MilitaryIndustrial Complex … CORRUPTION RULES!

    Ron Paul you Rock. Marijuana a gate way drug, what your kidding!!!~Who still believes that made up myth? Ask any one who has experience? You’re crazy to believe a myth! Ron Paul as a Obstetrician Doctor is right on the money. He is right on the money. Prohibition against marijuana was all based on myths about it. Now we have clinical evidence that the myths are untrue. The Mexican Cartel are created because of prohibition not because of marijuana users. if its legal there’d be no Cartels.

  27. LunaPark says:

    I was the same way. I supported Obama, gave money, got wrapped up in the excitement, then I heard Ron Paul’s anti-war, anti-corpratism, pro civil liberties message, and I was sold. I’ve been supporting Paul ever since.
