Wow Insanely intense! Great video and awesome song! I know music definitely effects exercise! I’m a fitness instructor and when playing music my class goes twice as long! And naturally during the fast parts of the song we substantially increase our speed! Awesome job! But BE BAREFUL pushing yourself so hard, especially when not wearing a heart rate monitor! lol I’m compulsive about Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy among athletes!!

Stop thinking of it as a diet. With that mentality, you get on the program, lose the weight, get off the diet and go back to the crap You were eating before, so you pull an Oprah. I can't cannot emphasize enough that it MUST BE A LIFESTYLE CHANGE to be lasting. Here's a little thought, since you plan to be self indulgent during the holidays, get yourself to the gym Thanksgiving morning and tear the place up. Then go home and eat and make use of those calories you're going to imbibe. That how I roll!!!! If I have a big meal planned, you can bet it's preceded by a monster training session.
