i haven’t done them in at least a month.. i’ve been bad and lazy! But i did notice changes after the first week, felt taller and people said i looked taller!
Wow I did all 5 exercises, I feel amazing mentally and physically. I plan to do this 3 times a week so hopefully by summer 2010 i’ll have visible abs for the first time in my life.
Great workout parts 1-5, I made a playlist so I can play these continuously without interruption. Excited to be back to doing pilates, but oh wow I couldn’t hold my poses the whole time.. can’t wait to whip my core back into shape!
This is so great! i miss the other videos that were posted, but its good to get a new workout so my body doesn’t get too used to the same workout. After a while the videos get too easy and seems like they don’t work so it’s a nice change!
im doing a alot of pilates and cardio so its helping tightening my core.. feels great.. im stomach definetly feels tighter

the same thing happened to me too.. everybody says i look taller.. it’s weird, but i like it (i’m 5’8)

since i started pilates all my friends have told me that i have grown taller
i really haven’t.. im 5’11 then, i’m still 5’11 now… but they keep saying i look much taller…
i don’t want to go beyond 5’11…
