www.facelessfatloss.com The lovely Shalom continues to discuss her category of competition in the specifically “figure” area, and notes how the “natural” competitions differ from the non-natural ones. In the natural competitions, the competitors are tested on very strict terms for a range of substances that are not allowed to be used. The qualifications to even enter these kinds of natural contests are surprisingly, and pleasantly so, focused on long-term natural fitness as compared to almost any form of chemical enhancement, including many supplements readily available on grocery store shelves. Shalom notes how some of the ladies she has seen compete take in 2000 calories a DAY…and she was not sure how this is possible. I know the answer to that. 
My program lays it out for you. Shalom is a professional-level competitor in the “Miss Natural Figure” competitions. She often wins them, and is now to the point where she is a “Pro Card” holder, and is not allowed to compete in the smaller competitions any longer because of her elevated status. Her style of workout and diet is therefore that of a professional athlete. When she is in a countdown phase to a competition, she is restricting her diet severely, as well as engaged in fairly intense exercise. She is in a countdown stage for these videos, but is still somewhat far out from competition day. Their training is therefore different than what I teach. @luvsbuffgurls Thanks! Yes, you’re correct on all counts. We have extraordinary sites here and throughout upstate that even many locals are unaware of. Kodak is just one long unfortunate story over the past 20 years, and for some reason downtown has become even more troublesome as time goes on. Lots of wonderful people (“Friendliest City in America” according to Reader’s Digest) and yet lots of problems in the city. To top it off, the highest property tax rate in the entire *country* (UGH!).
been to rochester where my brother’s in-laws r from and it is beautiful but i hear downtown is a bit rough nowadays and kodak isn’t what it use to be, but this is a beautiful woman and good job interviewing and filming.
