    @charliejames1975 You should zoom in a bit less, it’s sometimes tricky to fully understand the exercises while only seeing her feet or her butt. I know you are probably going for the “sexy shot” rather than a full shot of the body… but I think it would be very nice to see more shots englobing the whole body. That being said, the part at around 7:00 where Zuzana explains in details is awesome, you should definitely always include such explanations! :) Keep up the good work!

    yeah, I pretty much invented that myself. Its funny because I was actually avoiding bullets when I came up with it. seemed like everything was moving in slow motion and like the bullets were kind of “pulsing” through the air past me.

    My husband always dittos what Meg says. I have to disagree, though. Maybe, if you're anorexic, your body goes into hibernation mode for survival, but if you're feeding it something, and you've got fat to burn, then it ought to just burn! Besides, I look at my sweetie's belly, and I'm not taking diet tips from him – even though I love his belly! I just believe that it works like this – you burn more calories than you take in. The end. Of course, my diet tips probably aren't the best either since I've been going for 8 pounds for as long as I can remember, and they're still sitting in my butt!
