Fruit Juice! A Recipe for Weight Gain!

www.undergroundwellness.com Sean Croxton of Underground Wellness discusses fruit juice. The effects of fruit juice on the human body has been understated. Fructose is the most pro-diabetic sugar, causing insulin resistance! However, doctors seem unaware of this scientific fact.

I liked your other video on Sugar the Deadly Truth, it provides the necessary information to bolster your claims here. I suggest doing a remake. However, I frequently crash after fruit juice just as I would ice cream. Companies do fortify juice with vitamins and keep it cold in order for vitamins not to deteriorate. So I can see your point here. What would be better is to touch on the effect of oxidation on vitamins and enzymes to make it stronger.

    @jamesbizs “…full of dead everything…” nuff said.

  3. jamesbizs says:

@airplaneking So you have something that says processed fruit juice full of dead everything, and preservatives and sugars and etc etc, IS after all healthy? What a quack this guy is! I can’t believe he would possibly suggest that fruit juice is bad for us!

  4. ccm800 says:

    raw juice??? no.

  5. airplaneking says:

@Signalterror You really have no grasp of reality do you? I don’t have to research anything to tell somebody to put a disclaimer up. Go fuck yourself asshole.

  6. Signalterror says:

@airplaneking And you should do some research before claiming he’s wrong.

freshly squeezed beet celery and carrot juice still has high vitamin content correct? is it safe or beneficial to drink a cup of carrot celery beet juice everyday? or am I better off consuming the whole fruit/vegetable?

  8. airplaneking says:

You should put a disclaimer saying that you are not a doctor. Otherwise people may actually believe the crap you say.

  9. pookiewood says:

@XxPnuemaxX Ahh okay so you just take a spoonful. That shouldn’t be any worse than Fish Oil then. :p

  10. XxPnuemaxX says:

@pookiewood Lol I love the taste of coconut, but organic coconut oil kind of has a weird… buttery flavor with coconut undertones. Besides, I’m not too much of a fan of the taste either, but I just take it quick with a spoon =P Or maybe sometimes put it on toast.

  11. pookiewood says:

@XxPnuemaxX I’ll have to pick up some black Tea then. I don’t really care for the taste of Coconut, like the shavings for instance. I don’t like the taste. I’ll watch that video to see if he suggest mixing it with something.

  12. XxPnuemaxX says:

@pookiewood “breakfast tea” is usually meant for that, black tea has the highest caffeine count. Also, look at Sean’s video on coconut oil, organic coconut oil in the morning boosts your energy too.

  13. pookiewood says:

@XxPnuemaxX Red Tea is SOO Good! I love it! Do you have any suggestiosn for a good, morning, wake you up tea? I don’t drink Coffee but I also stand by tea. I’m looking for somethign to start drinking in the morning to get a little boost of energy.

@xnarutogirlx21 Raw fruits are much better than juice but Shawn said in the video about sugar that fructose that is in fruits are like poison and I thought before that regular fruits are healthy. I have never been overweight but I´m interested in health and nutrition. I started working out like lifting weights cause I was really skinny.

  15. eitkoml says:

Dude our ancestors would think of cider when they thought of apples. They would think its weird to drink the juice without properly fermenting it first.

  16. PeaceLoveCrazy11 says:

Gosh. Most fruit juices contain so much sugar, its unreal.

  17. xnarutogirlx21 says:

Hey PLEASE do a story about the high levels of lead recently found in childrens juices. Gerber baby food, Del Monte, Minute Maid, Great Value and many others. No one is reporting this abomination. No lead was found in the juices targeted at adults. 85% of juices for children tested contained alarming amounts of lead. Please tell your viewers!

  26. fuckpoliteness says:

Filed under possibly the lamest comment ever: I make these smoothies with frozen banana, strawberries and fruit juice. They're SO good (I know I'm odd but I can't stand dairy in smoothies). Yours does sound more appealling I admit, but I get a little hung up on how the frozen banana gives the smoothie the icecreamy texture…yep. Certainly lamest comment ever

  27. I Just need to know if it's OK to add Vodka to that juice recipe??? If so I'm on it !!!! :0)
    love and hugs
