I use to do the bicycling thing daily some years ago and then just stopped, since I did my stomach truly expanded even with a healthy diet ,will get back to t hat thanks for the reminder.
@RealRawMatt hey. if you start having work outs like that, (5 days a week runs/weights) wouldn’t u need to bring up the amount of calories you take in?
Honestly man, I didn’t think these would effect me any more than normal situps or crunches. But I went and did each of these last night and dang, I was wrong. They actually work your body a lot. Thanks for posting this. Definitely going to start doing these.

@joeygeollegue29 You can soak steel cut oats in cold water for 18 hours, they rock. also soak brown or basmati or long grain rice for 48 hours, you need to change the water 3x daily. great calories and protein.
@joeygeollegue29 get some steel cut oats, and soak them 12-24 hours in cold water. (I find 12 hours is not enough, 24 hours too long, my tastes like it soaked about 18 hours, and it’s crisp and al dente like a vegetable. great calories and protein. also try soaking rice for 24 hours, you need to change the water 3x daily
So is it really necessary to do a different type of set every time I work out? or can I just do the same one?

Thank you for these exercises, I’ve been doing 300 sit-ups[which include 20 different types of sit-ups] everyday for the past month and I can’t believe how close to 6 pack I am[I've already been skinny though when I started]. Most of your exercises are already in my program, but I’ll add the ones that are not in there too so thanks again.

Well I’ve been searching for some sort of workout here and I’ve come across yours. I have a 34 waist and i want to fit into a 30 and no less. Will these exercises do the trick to accomplish my goal?? I’ll be actually going home for a visit in 3 weeks and would really like to look good!! Hope to hear from ya soon.
Many ab exercises will strengthen your core, but it won’t melt the fat above you muscles. That’s where you’re diet come in to play. Eating right will burn fat, while exercising will strengthen your muscles. You can’t try it for a week or so and complain that it doesn’t work. You have to be devoted and keep on it for at least two months. You should see reselt around your waist, or on the scale by the second week.
Matt, i had my son 2 years ago, im at 109, was 103 pre pregnancy, im pretty alright with that but my abs are like mush… will this help with the extra flab i feel when i sit down???

Very very true, however genetically humans tend to store fat in their abdominal area first. In nature Fat on the arms would hinder us physically, but storing the fat over the strongest body part (the legs) is most common. Therefor we can focus the attention to the abs to really burn the fat everywhere, as this is our core strength and is great for overall caloric burning along with leg exercises.
@ssviper91 you cant target a area for fat loss you have to decrease your overall body fat percentage to lose any there.
