Hey there. Great video. How much weight would you recommend for someone who isn’t already completely ripped? Im just starting to work out and am what you might call weak. Or would I be better off starting somewhere else?

@mwich40 my wrestling coach has a 57 lbs. bag, and boy do I hate that thing : )
Just made one. Landrover inner tube, cable ties, black duct tape and builders sand. Weighs 26kgs (57lbs). It is murder but you really know about it. For squats and lifts it is great however for swinging around it is a bit heavy in truth. I would recommend 15 to 20kgs as a good start.
