How can a teenager lose weight effectively?
I need to find a good way to lose about 20-30 pounds as fast as possible and stay at that weight. Also, I don’t eat fruits or vegetables; they make me sick no matter how hard I try. Suggestions, recipes, etc?

also, loosing that much wieght will take a while, but do stomach excersises lyk cruches and leg lifts and go running or walking or swimming. b sure to eat healthy balanced diets and excersice regularly. you can google other ways to loose weight too.
cut your calories down to like 1400 at first then 1600 when you lose some weight
but dont go below or your metabolism will actually go slower and start to shut down. make sure you eat breakfast everyday cuz it will jump start your metabolism. try to work out or be active for a minimum of 30 minutes everyday. dont overeat.
also you could try getting healtheir versions of food.
like reduced fat and stuff. and if you think you want to eat something try giving youreself a healthier option. like… instead of mcdonalds for breakfast ill have cereal .
but dont completly cut out the foods you want to eat cuz one day youll just fold and eat crap like crazy. so if you want some cake, maybe have a little bit every once in a while. soo moderation is good.
A neighbor girl who was a bout 30 lbs. overweight asked me that last spring. She was going into High School and wanted to be slimmer. I told her about the advice that Satchel Paige, the great baseball pitcher used to give out: “Always leave the table hungry”!
Becky started school last fall 30 lbs lighter and a lovely young lady. Eating makes obesity and that’s all that needs to be said on the subject. Personally, I’ve never been big on eating.
DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF. that would be the DUMBEST thing to do.
first off, stop eating junk food like quit the fast food, candy, etc. trade it all in for fruits, veggies, actual protein and healthier snacks.
and lastly, EXERCISE on a daily basis. do vigorous activity though, don’t just take a walk after dinner. you need to sweat
I’m so happy I found this video! I’ve been trying to lose weight for the longest and I must admit Motivation and been my biggest struggle! But hearing these things that you said makes me wanna kick ass and do what I gotta do to get to my goal weight. I wanna do it for my health, and to feel better when I look in the mirror!
