How can an anaemic person lose weight without feeling faint?

Hi I want to lose some weight however I always feel extremely dizzy or experience pulsating headaches whenever I restrict some calories and go exercise. How does someone like me lose weight without being loaded on pills? PS I’m a vegetarian so I won’t eat any meats.

Weight loss support: join a weight management group
A big key in long term weight control comes from receiving encouragement and support from others. You can check to see if groups such as Jenny Craig offer programs and resources in your areas. You may also wish to check with your local hospital to see if their registered dietitian conducts group weight loss programs.

Buy a pedometer, clip it to your belt, and aim for an extra 1,000 steps a day. On average, sedentary people take only 2,000 to 3,000 steps a day. Adding 2,000 steps will help you maintain your current weight and stop gaining weight; adding more than that will help you lose weight.

to lose weight go to a doctor and ask him about somewhere in town that could help you determine your minimum daily calorie expenditures and then, once you have that you just have to record all calorie intake and make sure that calorie intake is less then the minimum calorie expenditures and done eat things that are excessively rich in stuff. For example, if you get more then your daily recommended amount of protein your body will probably turn that in to fat so don't over eat. a food being white or not and having starch or not may help and may be healthy but you need to keep the calorie count low to get smaller. PERIOD. A light workout done 3 to 5 times weekly for about 30 mins wouldn't hurt either. Cardio preferably.
