How can I lose weight without so much exercise?
Ok…I want to lose weight but I don’t always have time to exercise. Are there any weight lost methods that don’t require me to leave the house or spending too much money? Maybe something like doing sit-ups and squats or something.
Can I just get some kind of tips from anyone??

You can either exercise, eat less, or take drugs. Sorry, but that’s about it. Situps and squats aren’t good for losing weight.
Watching what you eat and cutting calories. Someone told m (and it might be a lie) if you drink a soft drink every day that is an additional 25 pounds a year. If you drink Kool-Aid or soda alot, opt for sugar-free or diet because ti cuts alot of calories. Drink alot of water which will clean your body in general. Instead of going for the honey bun in the vending machine, go for a bag of nuts. Or, bring a snack. You save money and it’s healthier! Alot of people will tell you to eat better foods high in fiber but be for real, that takes time and no one wants to eat broccoli for dinner. Just eat less of what you eat now.
Watch your mouth, it’s the only way.
Exercise is very important. It is essential if you are going to be able to lose weight and to live a healthy life. Try not managing your time, try managing yourself. Also beware of people who steal your time. The time is there if you get organized…it’s your health and future after all!

ok see really im on a like diet and i exercise and i enjoy it just to stay healthy. all you hav to do is just eat less and like if you like to swimin or dancing do something you enjoy besides siting down for lik an hour. i usually run on the treadmill and go walk and hangout with friend and i think im doing pretty good. situps and squats dont really get you to lose weight it give you musles and it wont like cause pounds to decrease instently. you can exercise or eat less and do situps like 30 to 50 and trust me it helps alot. just be patient and remmebr it will payoff!

Step1
When you wake up in the morning, do you right away run to the bathroom to brush your teeth or look for something to wear? Before you do ANY of that…pause for a moment and stretch. 10 Seconds?15? That’s all it taked, take a big deep breath. Now…you can do whatever it is you do. * Stretching in the morning is a great way to “waken” up your muscles, and get them ready for the day. Stretching losens up your body while increasing blood flow to your muscles. Ever wonder why you make have aches and pains during the day? Legs? Feet? MOST of the time it’s because your muscles have been resting for several hours without movement which causes them to get stiff….. and usually leads to any pain you may have as far as your muscles are concerned.
Step2
While you go in your bathroom and start doing your hair or brushing your teeth….. Do this exercise DURING the period of you brushing your teeth, brushing your hair, washing your face, etc…….FLEX your stomach. Don’t hold your breath….breathe normally. Repeat on and off until you finish. A little of this every day and your that much closer to a flat belly…. GOODNESS! (I sound like a sales rep on TV)
Step3
Before you head out the door, grab a water bottle! You may not notice, but walking to your car…. walking upstairs… you can burn several calories. Your body loses water and needs to rehydrate itself. Many people don’t think about this BUT….. instead of you feeling hungry and wanting to snack on something (…going to the vending machine and getting a snickers or chips) drink some water first and see if you feel a little better-if you do, drink some more…. the body tells yourself you are hungry because you are either bored or just having a long day. If you are still really hungry after you drink, then have a light snack. I will list some items at the end for foods your body needs, foods you should stay away from and I’ll save the super healthy foods for last!:-)

Jennie, you can still eat spaghetti and lose weight. You can have whatever you like, as long as you exercise and maintain portion control. Ice cream or cupcake included. It's okay.
And if she's really going to be in the next installment of DWTS, I'd hope it's also to have fun and dance, not just another way to lose weight. Yes, you're bound to lose weight with the rigorous training, but that's not what the whole show is about.
