How do I lose weight fast and healthy?
I need to lose at least 50 pounds fairly quickly. I do a bit of strength training with free weights already, and I don’t eat a lot of food. I don’t want to kill myself, but I do need to lose the weight fast. Anyone have any good suggestions?

Increase your reps and add some cardio.
There is no way to lose weight quickly, trust me…I know.
Eat 4-6 small (healthy) meals each day. Be sure to keep an eye on your calorie intake. Don’t forget about including fruits and veggies daily! Cut out fast foods, junk foods, candies, sodas and other sweets.
Drink up on the water! It really does help with the weight loss process.
Of course, get active! You already strength train–anything else? Walking each day also helps…
Remember that a healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. Keep a positive attitude and don’t give up!!☺
make sure you take in enough calories that your body doesn’t go into starvation mode. drink plenty of water.
drink lots of water. aerobics will tone your body and cardio and running or even walking for a good amount of time is great. don’t completely resrict your eating because that will cause you to have massive cravings for everything you’ve been depriving yourself of. For me I eat a 90 cal special K bar for breakfast and celery and an apple for lunch and then the healthy part of what my mom makes for dinner. whatever works for you that is healthy and wont cause you to crave and gain would be good. make sure to do ab workouts also those are great.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast – they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner – repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Can Drinking Diet Soda Help Me Lose Weight? http://www.thatsfit.com/2011…
To sustain any weight loss, this must be a permanent lifestyle change. What you are talking about seems way too extreme to maintain over a lifetime.
I would slow down a bit on the exercise and make sure that you get 30-60 minutes of exercise most days. Aerobic exercise is enough but you can also include free weights if you want to build muscle mass.
You should include a huge portion of fresh raw dark leafy green vegetables to provide you with calcium and other nutrients. Beans are an important source of protein along with whole grains such as oats.
I would avoid cow milk, yogurt, and dairy completely. (See "The Mad Cowboy" by Howard Lymann)
I would also avoid any animal flesh because it concentrates contaminents and also contains antibiotics and GMO hormones that promotes weight gain. Soy also contains hormones that have dubious value. Instead of soy, I'd eat peas and other beans.
You are in this for the long haul, so pace yourself.
