How do they lose weight so fast on the biggest loser and not have lots of extra skin?

Just wanted to know. I know that sometimes when you lose weight especially as fast as they do. You get excess skin that has to be surgically removed. I remember seeing a show about it a while back. What do the people on the biggest loser do to not have this.

Also, I’m not sure if they do or don’t except on TV it doesn’t look like they do.

I don’t know how they do it – I thought Heba’s arms looked a little flabby at the finale, though. I bought the US magazine with Michelle on the cover and she said she wasn’t considering any surgery except for a boob job because those don’t go back – which was a little disheartening for me to hear. I thought with tons of push-ups, they would go back.

    Hey Corinne!
I've been reading your blog and really love it. Thanks for being so inspirational. I have a question for you. In reading some of your older blogs, you made a comment about your legs looking better, but that they were “still a mess” (due to extra skin.) How do you deal with the things you cannot change? I am sure everyone has figure issues that no amount of diet and exercise will fix, and I was wondering if you have any words of wisdom on make peace with them.
