Eat a small meal for breakfast, small snack, light lunch, small snack, healthy dinner and make sure you drink plenty of water and exercise. I have cut back my fatty food intake and eat 6 small meals a day, drink water and do a cardio workout daily. I have lost 10lbs in the last 2 months. It does work if you stick with it.
