@coolerzguy Livewire is impressive but he has been focused on parkour more than handbalancing recently, keep in touch coolerzguy, you may be surprised. Right now the one doing the most tiger bends is calisthenics kingz. But im training hard. The most recorded of livewire is 4, still very impressive, will be a good contest!
hey your invited to participate in my youtube handbalancing contest. Can you do a tiger bend? check out all info on my blog found in a link on my channel. Spread the word to all handbalancers you know. Im looking for the strongest!
So if I have trouble doing handstands alone, do the pike stands/increasing feet elevation help with that? I can do stomach-toward-wall handstand pushups, but I have trouble with my balance.
Should I work on just holding myself in handstand position for increasing amounts of time to work on balance?
Thanks for the video!!! It’s great, really concise yet informational!
Thank you so much for posting your instructional videos here on Youtube for free of charge. Got me started working towards a planche and well on my way!

geoffcraft ive taken on this difficult but doable task and am referring to your video for tutorial. If I plan on practicing a littl bit each day for one week for each of your steps(week 1 static pike holds and kicks) how long do you recommend I practice each day? 10-15 min good? Im an amateur athlete so im in pretty good shape. more than 15 min? thanks
I used to love doing handstands against the wall as a kid. Don't think I would be able to do it again let alone handstand pushups. Wish I could though.
holy shit balls at the 90 degree pushups
actually you’re right livewire is focusing more on free running than hanstands im checking calisthenics kingz right now
