How to rebuild my fitness in a week?
I’m a basketball player, and I have not been playing for almost a year now and I have a trial for our district team next weekend, I need to regain my fitness in stamina, speed and strength. What should I do? Please help me!!!

Will jogging and working out in the afternoon do any good?
