@EvilBerzerker2 Your rope is just passing under your feet, hitting your toe. Try this trick….. when the rope hits the ground, make sure that your feet are completely off the ground. That should solve te program. Keep jumping man!!!
@danpats1 yeah i was crap at the timing and hated doing jump rope for my muay thai, but as soon as i got the timing i love it! its really easy to get good at it the only problem is bashing your toes with the rope! lol it always hits the same toe at the same point aswell so it starts stinging quickly! haha!

@YangyStyle NO! You will screw up your posture. Your shoulders will creep up towards your neck and affect every movement you make. Bench press for example.
@j182mcd If you want to bulk up and jump rope, you have to eat more calories, especially carbs to spare your body from using protein as a fuel source, and protein to build you muscle up. Jump rope at a slow pace and you will not burn up your muscle.

@HowYea As long as you eat a balanced diet, you will start to lose weight after the first day. Eating a low sugar, low fat diet is the key.

Hi im a skinny guy, 19 years old and really unfit but training to get in better shape and bulk up would you advise skipping or not, your video is really inspirational but don’t want to lose what little weight i have?? Can anyone please advise, especially you jumpropeclass

I’m 14 years old kid 61 kg’s, can you tell me how much time it take if i jump 1 hour a day to lost like fat because i am a bit fat =/ ?
I do push-ups for the arms. Those really cool weights you can wrap around your wrists would be cool though.
Stepping slowly is good for working on your leg muscles, but for maintaining or losing weight you need to get your heart racing and you need to sweat. Not to say muscles aren't important, but getting some good cardio is vital.
Why not get an exercising step yourself? Or a jumping rope? Or something of the sort that makes you sweat? Just don't let yourself get overweight and unhealthy, it's so difficult to turn it around!
