    Hey Mike, a few random observations:

    Your long wild haircut really is going in a GOOD direction…keep growin it! I think you are not letting your left knee come up as high as your right knee…. Wondering aloud, is there some method by which you decide how often to do upper body vs. lower body? I bet you told us and I just forgot… Is the lower body or the upper body workout seeming to work you more, or are they the same?
