I’m in tae kwon do I just got my yellow belt yesterday
there wearing specifically for martial arts training there pretty common. they should be found in any martial equipment magazine
every martial art is different so ofcourse the kicks would be taught differently. i myself take kung fu and these are the same that are taught at my school idk about u guys takin different styles

thats cool i used to do a class with karate:) it really does get u sweating lol i think my favorite part of class was sparing with a chosen opponet from my classmates:)

i’m 13 and one of my friends do kung fu.
she has real good abs and she is really good at endurance and overall physical ability. everybody should try these!
it doesnt look like the excercises would last long though.. like youd reach the plateau of actually advancing in the these excercises or somthing… idk….

seriously – this was the most sore I have been for a class in a LONG time. I’m talking like years probably.
I’m just wearing some puma’s bc they suggest wearing flat sneakers. Not sure what the pro’s are wearing.
she was a sweetheart! She is so good and I was well – tired and sweaty from the class, I took literally right before which is why I look gross…
I agree, i do a bit of tkd and other MA, to me tkd is the most natural for of fighting once you learn the basics, I tryed moy tae, i don’t know spelling. it was rediculus to me…

I also wish you good luck with your new fitness program, I can understand what you say about loving food, my sin too. Sometimes I cannot understand why I´m not rolling down instead of walking!!! kind of a miracle!! but if you are excercising, I guess that you can indulge yourself with some nice food because it all be balanced.
It´s great that you have a friend to share this experience, it really helps!!
