Thanks @Royaler and @oldyellershuman
I just wasn’t sure if this stuff was meant for ladies or for both ladies and men. I guess I just have to give it a try and see if it feels right.
You might feel lighter, but if you’re not doing cardio to burn calories you’re probably actually putting on muscle weight…so you’re heavier. Not sure if that’s what you really want!
I’m feeling great because of this exercise. Thanks to Chris and Suzette, I feel lighter now and I can do more things than before. It doesn’t take too much of my time so I can continue with my daily routine.
@itsyantc
This can be applied with men too. We can increase the weights and do more repetitions. The good thing with this exercise is that we don’t sweat a lot but really feel the burning of the fats.
@itsyantc
I’m sure that this exercise is perfectly okay for men. The form of many exercises may look “feminine” to you, but men and women’s bodies have the same sets of muscles, at least for this exercise, so you should use the same form.
Is this exercise only for women? The way she does it look very feminine and I don’t know if I would be comfortable doing it. The man should do it too to show us how.
Just because you’re not going for a run doesn’t mean that the exercise is good for lazy people – some people say that they’re sore from this, so obviously it isn’t “lazy” for them because they’re in pain!
If you’re too lazy to do ANY work, you can’t expect to see results from sitting in front of your computer and watching people work out. This is a great, quick exercise to help tone your legs and burn calories as opposed to going for a run.
@Raylenejoe
Good for you! It’s so great to hear from people who are seeing results to get down to the truth about exercise routines. Keep up the good work and congrats on the results!
@rexamix
That is just a temporary pain and it will pass as you continue on. I assume that you haven’t exercised in a while and that is why your muscles become sore. I think stretching of the arms and legs can help you prepare for this exercise.
@ostanish
It was describe as “lazy” because you only need to do it in just a few minutes in comparison with a full workout that will require an hour or two.
I don’t understand how this can possibly be a lazy way to lean legs. Their is so much movement in her that their is no ‘lazy’ way about it!
I am sure I will never look as good as her, but I do like the shape my body is starting to take. This and a whole work out regimen are what I am doing now!
@ itsyantc
Working out is not for the lazy or for anyone that doesn’t want to get up and move. I have been using this and I am already starting to notice a difference.
Has anybody seen results from doing this exercise? I don’t want to bother doing it if I’m not going to get a nice butt.
@gmarchelli
You can exercise in front of a mirror to check your form. It’s especially good if you can see the video and yourself in the mirror so that you can compare your form to hers.
Doing this exercise without a personal trainer there to check your form and make sure you’re doing it right is pointless. You can hurt yourself if you do it wrong.
Everyone needs to keep in mind that exercise variety is important as well; you don’t want to do just this exercise, of course. That’s why it’s one video in a series of many exercises.
That’s the right attitude, @oldyellershuman ! I think the people who are hating on the video are just people who don’t really want to look in shape, or who are jealous of those who do.
@philianic
I think you’re missing the point. We know that they have worked very hard to look the way they do. If you work hard to doing exercises like these, you can look that way too!
@shashasheb
Right, what you’ve heard is correct – especially if you are looking to build endurance and not just to bulk up. Building up over time tones the body rather than just making muscles bigger.
@itsyantc
I’m sure you can do the exercise without you arms, but I doubt you will get the results you want. You have to work hard for things that are important to you; so how important is this to you?
Is there anything simpler, that doesn’t involve so much movement of the rest of the body? Can I do the exercise with just my legs and not my arms?
This is such false advertisement! These people didn’t achieve those bodies by doing just the moves in these videos; they’ve probably been fit and have been playing sports all of their lives.
Does anyone know any good stretches to use before and after doing this exercise? I tried it and now my muscles are soooo sore! I can tell I have a long way to go…
