This looks so hard! I’m thinking something easier, like maybe an ab belt, one of those EMS things, don’t think I can do this?

are you sure this loses tummy fat? cos i read somewhere that crunches dont do anything to lose fat unless you do lots of cardio and diet. just asking!

I got a question would this exercise work for a male? Including eating healthy and running for 20-30 minutes daily? With a rest on sundays?

Did it work? I’m starting it, for the summer :)

To sum it up for anyone who is trying to remember it all:
    1. Lift legs, hold for 10 seconds.
    2. Lift legs higher, lower them one at a time. Do 3 sets of ten.
    3. Keep legs high, hold for 10 more seconds. Lift head to offer resistance.
    4. Legs bent, crunch 50 times.
    5. Crunch: 1-2-hold, 1-2-down.
    6. Bicycle; opposite shoulder to opposite leg, for 1 minute.
    7. Lift legs bent at a 90 degree angle, do twenty more crunches.

if you want to burn your fat yes, crunches only build muscle but you wont be able to see those muscles if you dont burn off that fat in your stomach

    omg u people
running is the best aerobic exercise you could ever do!!
if you want the muscular legs, firm but, tight abs and v-lines.just run,do push ups and sit-ups

I did see a girl do twenty straight ab exercises without pausing. I didn’t know there were that many exercises. It was seriously like watching a karateka doing katas, or a ballet dancer, or something like that.

With those experiences, I could have been like Little Davey and opened up a consulting business (or something), recommending the best approach for folks from the Heartland to land an audience with key members of our Executive Branch in Washington, D.C. I probably could have been as successful as Little Davey is as an expert on conservatism. Oh, well, missed opportunities…..
