when doing “forward raises” i usually do it with my knuckles facing the roof. not my thumb. is there a difference?

mastercarey19 …if you listen close in the beginning of the video…he says rear deltoids…that is indeed part of your shoulders…by keeping your elbows up as he is doing it works mostly rear delts along with minor rhomboides…
at 12.00 that exercise does your back not your shoulders. im not hating im just pointin that out
Well done Scott, a nice selection of videos. For all the haters get over yourself. He is not a meathead bodybuilder but a well toned sports person with a natural athletic shape. Form is important, but sometimes for a few cheat reps it starts to fail. Keep up the good work. From another trainer.

Scott may not be the best trainer in the world but at least he takes the time to post these videos… I don’t see haters posting videos i only read their awful comments which for me.. aren’t worthy at all… an image worth a thousands words..
