@bubblescubed Blood sugar regulates itself , if you switch to good oils&especially krill oil or cod liver oil to build flexible cells. This way, the insulin can easely bring the sugar from the blood inside the cells where it is transformed in ATP. Because of saturated fats& lack of omega 3,the membranes of our cells became rigid, the result is insulin resistance. So, your doctor sais you got diabetes because aging or stres. It is stupid to say that and sell drugs to ppl instead of let them free.

the first time i made this I ate it all way before it even started dehydrating. This time I just made it right before going to bed. Taking it to work with me tomorrow. I work in a raw/vegan restaurant so it should be a hit

Fab recipe! Salt is needed in diet but in balance with potassium. As cauliflower full of potassium it shd be ok to hv a pinch of salt. My fave movie is a little known black an White with peter sellars called The Smallest Show on Earth, tho my wicked side loves Fargo except for the nasty bits! Peace x

I think Nutritional Yeast is more of a transition substance for people coming from hard core Bad SAD, because all it tastes like is PURE SALT, I don’t taste cheese at all. Although Ironically the smell reminds me of something cooked, such as Pasta or something. But it sure does NOT taste like it. I know it has a healthy component to it. I think I may just stick to my Raw Cheeses, & or Nut/Algae Raw Cheeses.

Fav Vid of all time: In Search of the Castaways.

@TheAmazingJimmy I’m glad your sea salt is working for you. I am a raw vegan. Dr. Fuhrman recommends a vegan diet along with his no salt directive. I’ll just have to agree to dissagree with you for now on salt but I’ll keep my eyes open for further research and info one way or the other on the subject. Have a great day :)

  13. TheAmazingJimmy says:

@nEWwORLDhOARDER Here’s one more, Doctors, the government and a lot of other “officials” say you need meat to survive. Raw vegans have been proving them wrong for years! A raw vegan diet has been shown to reverse diabetes, cancer and many other diseases. Put that in your pipe and smoke it!

  14. TheAmazingJimmy says:

@nEWwORLDhOARDER Also, I have a little heart condition called PSVT, I’m on the master cleanse right now and every morning I have to drink a quart of luke warm water with 2 teaspoons of seasalt mixed in. Guess what, I haven’t had to take my beta blockers to keep my heart from bursting out of my chest! You’re retarded little “facts” on salt just don’t line up with that now do they?

  15. TheAmazingJimmy says:

@nEWwORLDhOARDER Did you read what I wrote at all? Salt is essential to survival! Plus I don’t listen to government officials when it comes to health, I also very rarely listen to doctors, depends on the doctor of course, the CDC and some big time doctors have recently said the mercury is good for the brain.

Salt, it makes up 1/3 of the fluid your cells live in, you need a certain amount each day to survive.

  16. nEWwORLDhOARDER says:

@TheAmazingJimmy If Dr. Fuhrman doesn’t impress you, how do you feel about the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention? According to the CDC, nine out of 10 Americans eat too much salt, with most consuming more than twice the recommended amount. Too much salt can raise your blood pressure and can cause heart attack, stroke, and kidney failure.

  17. TheAmazingJimmy says:

@nEWwORLDhOARDER Lol, sounds like you read that off of a website. I think you’re completely wrong, besides, the body needs a certain amount of salt to survive. In fact the fluid that is contained in your cells is 1/3 salt. Salt is an essential to life and has even been used as a currency, that’s how important it is. What this guy did was not add a bunch of unhealthy table salt, he added sea salt, which is a heck of a lot different and better.

  18. nEWwORLDhOARDER says:

@TheAmazingJimmy Any excess salt added to food, outside of what is contained in natural foods, is likely to increase your risk of developing disease. Salt consumption is linked to both stomach cancer and hypertension. For optimal health, Dr. Fuhrman recommends that no salt at all be added to any food. The famous DASH study clearly indicates that Americans consume five to ten times as much as they need and that high sodium levels over the years has a predictable effect on raising blood pressure.

  19. TheAmazingJimmy says:

@nEWwORLDhOARDER Lol, of course salt is not to be avoided, real sea salt is the best.

@rawsquirrel agree about the movies, but more so with TV complete programing by the powers that be. movies r more hit and miss in that category, cuz many def r but some def rnt and then then there some which may or may not be. as far as the peace sign, its more a feminine symbol then a masonic one, V has always been used for femininity such as Venus stemming from the female pubic triangle. the middle finger on the other hand since we are talking modern day hand gesture is more phallic in nature
