Imo Benyamine misplayed on the turn.
If he had just smooth called Sammy’s raise he’d probably have hit Sammy for another $25-50k, unless another club had come on the river.
With the Qs dropping on the river I can’t see Sammy leading out with less than $80k, or calling less than $80k if he checked to Benyamine. If Sammy had checked on the river Benyamine would have been able to make it look like he was trying to buy the pot with a high club missed 4-flusher.

Sam probably would have called something like 120k but 250 was too much.
I like the turn 3bet. He knows a guy like sammy isn’t folding there, will try and make a full house. So he got an extra 75k out of him there.
If he just smooth called the 40k, sammy would have got suspicious and there are a lot of cards which could kill the action for David, such as another club.
