@brigittemars I have problems with most soy, but with the edamme cooked for three minutes, I do not have problems. No, they are not raw, but good to know for those who still incorporate some cooked foods. They are sooooo yummy, wanted to mention. :)

Hi Brigitte !..I just watched your debate with Susun weed..I must say you handled yourself really well. you stayed so nice and centered. I have been on a raw food diet for a while now I can honestly say that as a massage therapist I have a lot more endurance on the raw foods. for example on the cooked I would be tired after 2 hours of massage and on the raw I recently did 7.5 hours of massage Phew!!. lol..but I had so much energy and was so centered I could have done more. Great work Be well !

wow this is one of my favorite videos of all time, who new how easy some of these raw meals are, I eat a 75% raw diet but do it with a juicer and a blender, and my hands . ha,

Soy beans are one of the most difficult beans to digest. No to raw soy milk. However fermented soy products such as unpasteurized miso or tamari are used and easier to digest.

I use the water to water plants. You don’t want the enzyme inhibitors. That’s what you are wanting to get rid of by soaking.

Most raw foodists will drink hot tea, especially in a cold climate. I do. But sun teas in the summer.

You can also use a julienne peeler, it’s much more affordable and easy to find :)

The skin is easy to remove once the almonds have been soaked. So no need to use heat :)

I made the zucchini pasta exactly as Brigitte demonstrates, only I did add a large clove of garlic to add flavor to the rather sweet sauce. It was superb! It tasted just like the commercial variety of pasta sauce, only wonderfully raw and flavor full. The non raw members of my family raved over it and said it tasted cheesy. (No dairy or nut cheese used.) It took me about two minutes to make, not counting the time it took to soak the sun dried tomatoes. I’m going to make it for quick lunch often.

Thank you so very much, Brigitte, for this demonstration. I ordered the saladicio from Amazon. Now, I’m off to purchase fresh sun dried tomatoes to make the wonderful looking pasta you created. Mm…my mouth is watering. Can’t wait! Blessings!
