@mrblurblur2003 Nustevia pure extract has no bitter aftertaste. I’d recommend getting it off iherb; it’s much cheaper there.
why has the FDA approved these harmful sweeteners for so long? Aspartame was declared safe in 1974 and it still is today, even with so many people with health problems associated with aspartame. I’m sure its because of the amount of blowback it would create for the companies that use it in their products. So i guess its one of those things people should be aware of.
No artificial sugars are not safe!
I try to avoid refined sugar but instead will use fruit or honey.
I do get a little put off by stevia probably due to its bitter after taste, and i end up using stuffs like Pal Sweet, Nutrasweet, and Equal. I know, I know the danger so I think I will go easy with honey.
Honeys the way to go
I use agave but mostly I love raw organic honey for my teas in the morning and evening.
I don’t think so…honey
no…. and my alternative sugar is natural bee honey.
thanks! very useful information

aspartame is a killer, use honey
i use honey or cinnamon..i heard you can use fruit as a true good form of sweetener too…when i drink tea,i use maybe 2 teaspoons of sugar and 1 spoon of milk…the rest honey or cinnamon…to add flavor/sweeten it up…and coffee i use milk and again a little sugar.. i stopped drinking Cola..been looking for a good sub,so far i dig tea..cant go wrong with natural food and drink….

Stevia
Artificial sugars are not safe. At a minimum, they teach our bodies that sweet doesn’t equal high calorie, which can contribute to over eating.
he didnt say artificial… he said alternative

Why are people so fucking stupid. Never mind; we already know. Artificial sweeteners are POISON! It takes seconds to find this info on the internet. I try to warn people in coffee shops, etc. and they just laugh at me, or give me a blank stare. I abhor stupidity! If it’s a chemical – it doesn’t belong in your body. What’s so hard to understand? BTW, the robotic voice is probably Sound Blaster text to speech engine.
