    @Fitange that is actually not true considering they seal all the nutrients in when they are flash frozen, but it is true they may not taste as good

    hey jeff i just bought your program and was wondering how to get my waste size up? i am VERY lean, i am 130 lbs at 6 feet tall, my body fat percentage is around 5% (if that), i have a size 28 inch waste but definitely want it bigger. i plan to stay lean, but how can i get that waste size up, core exercises?

    I don’t have time during the day and I have my workouts at night, finish at about 23:00-23:30, it’s ok if after this I just drink some water or it’s ok with the training at that hours?

    I know that two days ago I said I was ready to move on but, scroll up to post #145.

    Now, the latest info I have comes from pure luck. I'm down in Davenport, Florida (less than an hour from Tampa) visiting family for a few days and word on local radio here is that Terelle Woody will be the new hoops strength coach at South Florida. Don't know if it's a done deal yet or not, but if it does go done as speculated on-air, it sure makes GG going to USF instead of WVU or Kentucky more understandable.

    If it goes down, I hope the NCAA sees the transfer for what it is and not only denies the waiver but puts the document in a freaking shredder.
