It seems to me while the idea of the meal plan and making sure you get a great workout for your abs are key yeah , the notion of doing your abs first thing doesnt make much sense , I mean it shouldnt matter what order you do your exercises in as long as you ACTUALLY DO THEM ! So a better piece of advice would be to go into your workout trying to do AS MUCH EXERCISE YOU CAN (without risking injury) , not working out in a specific order . Thats what I think anyway .

Doing your abs first puts would put strain on all the rest of your workout. You need your core for stability. I can understand how this might work with some workout routines, maybe if you avoided excercised where you would need the stability. It just doesn’t make sense to do them first if the rest of your workout suffers. Just workout regularly and lose some god damn wheight…god

Actually the secret to great abs is bodyfat reduction. All weight exercises hit your abs in some way. Calorie deficits done daily and consistantly over time are the real secret to create great abs. The best way to calorie deficits and bodyfat reduction is activity and diet,…the heaviest part being your level of activity,..diet is second.

If you do your abs first you might hurt yourself in the next exercises, you need your abs for a strong pillar especially for squats and stuff

@BSChargeX Ok here’s my understanding. You need to have a low BFP (body fat percentage), Rumor is the best BFP is around 5-8%. Focus on cardio to get your BFP down. Once it’s down then focus on gaining muscle but still squeze some cardio in the week. If your skinny and you want to gain muscle work on eating 5-6 balanced healthy meals. Make sure you have plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grain, and lean meat, chicken, and fish. Invest in some protien powder and make sure its all natural.
