    @renandsean Sure…you gained 10lb because you don’t know how to control your eating. (i.e. lay off the junk food)

    @renandsean That stranger is spouting crap that supports what this guy is saying. I would rather insult a stranger if it means letting other people know that not only are they full of shit, but this Underground Wellness character is as well.

  6. airplaneking says:

    @renandsean There is only about 100 calories in that bottle. You would need to drink 35 of these bottles + what you normally eat just to gain 1 lb. You are full of shit.

    You should mention Nutritional Yeast (or brewers yeast) as a substitute for yogurt, especially if the person can’t take milk (no milk for me means no milk from ANY animal). Also, I wish you would have mentioned iceberg lettuce, it’s like eating water when you think you’re getting a vegetable!

  11. lili98766 says:

    hi im 14 yrs old and i dont like yogurt and what u say on the yoplait the original wow that is a lot of sugar and i never thought of it but?… do u think is the same for the light yoplait yogurt ? thank you

    There is no such thing as healthy or unhealthy foods. Its all about the dose. Is 1 cup of vitamin water a week bad for you? Health-nuts irritate the heck out of me. Just because they don’t have the ability to be moderate (not overeat on tasty food) when they eat it, they declare the entire food “evil” so they don’t have to touch it.

    @KingHero890 Well they shouldn’t ! It’s lying / fraud and should be punishable by law.

  22. KingHero890 says:

    @ManasturNights
    the companies can call a synthetic vitamin by its common name even if it has a different chemical compound

  24. ManasturNights says:

    @Tigerpaws9097826 Your answer sounds rational to me :) . It doesn’t scratch my hearing when I hear “it’s better because it has other useful substances”. Much better than “it’s better because it’s NATURAL! Magic!”. :)

    As for the Vitamin-E, the “Vitamin-E” with a different chemical composition shouldn’t be called Vitamin-E.

  25. Tigerpaws9097826 says:

    @ManasturNights I think you are right, Manasturnights, though I’m always open to knew knowledge about artificial vs. natural vitamins. Natural products of course could contain other healthy cofactors of which we are currently unaware, but as for the vitamins themselves – the chemistry is the same. The one exception I know of is Vitamin E, where sometimes the chemical composition o the synthetic version is sometimes different than the natural one.
