for salad maybe try the goya seasoning if u let it marinate on the salad you wont even need dressing
Thank you for sharing your diet tips & excerise, however, I can’t exercise as hard as you do but I get in a good hard 25 mins floor & eliptical daily. Started 2wks ago, haven’t been on the scale but can tell the difference in my clothes and especially some new clothes that were going back to the store…;0)..I don’t get hungry either.

Omg those puddings are the bomb!! Soo delicious and at 60 calories a pack you cant go wrong! Plus they fill you up and satisfy that sweet tooth that all us females get. Keep up the good work you at an inspiration to us all
I been eating those puddings too. It does help to calm the sweet tooth. It has helped me to lose 45 pounds. And sugar free jellos is good too. I eat that. Only 10 calories.
Oh he is jealous and he thinks the personal trainer will try to hit on you. Your bf is insecure. Go see that personal trainer with your sister. If its important for you to lose weight ignore what your bf said if he doesnt like that then thats his problem. He doesnt run your life!
