What can be used to add enzymes to your diet?

I’ve heard that enzymes can help bad breath, digestion, heartburn, and a number of other things. What is a good source of enzymes? I’m looking for a food that can be added into my diet, or a natural organic vitamin or supplement. And what are all the health benifits of drinking vinager daily?
Our bodies produce enzymes naturally, but they aid in digestion and the other things that I posted in my question. Also drinking Vinager burns fat in the body. We get ulcers from other things we eat. I thought this was the Alternative Medicine Board!

    I always thought enzymes occured naturally in the body and to maintain them was to keep an average body temperature, but i suppose you can’t control it so i could be wrong.

    I don’t think you can add enzymes to you diet, your body makes its own enzymes…if enzymes are taken in orally, they’ll be digested/broken down in the stomach because they’re proteins. But I don’t know if there are any possible ways of increasing the enzymes present in the body though.
    I wouldn’t suggest that you drink vinegar daily, especially on an empty stomach, this could distroy you’re stomach lining and lead to ulcers… Unless recommended by a doctor.. this is usually if you have acid reflux desease.

    Why they have wonderful plant enzyme pills at your everyday healthfood stores. GNC and the like, they seem to suffice, although nothing does a body like good old fashioned vegetables, preferably fruits and green leafy vegetables juiced in a juicer.

    purchase the enzymes you cannot eat enough food to supply them USsoils are lacking in minerals . we have big plants but no nutrition

    no idea on enzymes you buy in the shops if there is such a thing. Enzymes break down things like proteins. They put them in washing powder too.
    Anyway, ther is something about the enzymes in pineapples, kiwis and papaya that is good for you. I found this:

    The source of enzymes that you are looking for to aid digestion and hearburn is pineapple and papayas. You can buy papaya enzymes at Wal-mart. They are very inexpensive and taste delicous. I use them all the time for heartburn. If I’m out I eat pineapple or drink pineapple juice. You can also eat fresh papaya. Papaya contains the enzyme papain which is beneficial in many ways.     This is very helpful,thanks for taking the time out to respond. One of the jobs I have right now is one of the top 2 shipping companies in the U.S. This was the job I planned on keeping while attending full time. My wages are decent and by the time I graduate I will be making around $20 an hour with full health benifits. I didn’t plan on quitting this until I found a teaching job. With having this to fall back on would you more likely take the option of massive loans. Its not that good of a safety net but it something. All this is very depressing and it make its hard for anyone to get ahead unless you have rich parents.
