What diet can you suggest for losing 2lbs/week for a total of 25lbs?
I am not looking for a diet that requires drastic changes in my daily life since the last time I tried doing that I ended up gaining weight.
I am a male, 20years old and have access to a gym.

If you are on a 2000 calorie a day diet
change it to a 1500 calorie a day diet
with excercise you are bound to lose weight.
ALSO if you excercise for less than an hour you will maintain your weight, but i you do more than an hour a day you will lose weight
A balanced, healthy diet is the best way to gradually lose weight. Make sure to have lots of fruits and veggies, to drink 3-4 glasses of milk a day and to have high protein foods such as lean meats, nuts, fish and beans. Tackle your weakness gradually, for example if you like to snack a lot during the day then slowly change from potato chips, to whole grain crackers with pb, then to veggies and dip. Try eliminating your comfort food, such as mac & cheese and finding healthier recipes for it. You can always go to the gym and work out, but exercising only builds muscle and burns calories, it doesn’t help you lose weight. Good luck and hope this helps!

Going to bed. Tomorrow starts some drastic changes. Back to the gym everyday. No more soda, sweet tea and fast food.
