What is a good alternative to diet coke and crystal light?
I drink at least 1 can of diet coke and 1 bottle of crystal light a day…A lot of people have told me that it is really bad for you and cancer causing so what is a good alternative? Are there any drinks that don’t cause cancer but are still made in little packets because it is very convenient…

The best alternative is water.
there’s no better diet drink than those two. they dont actually cause cancer, they reduce your calcium. but if you’re worried anout that, just stick to water.

water is very convenient and you don’t have to buy an extra little packet to make it taste good – it does on its own!! I find it amazing!
Try sodas that are made with Spelnda.. Splenda taste just like sugar and doesn’t have an aftertaste because it’s made from sugar.. Make Koolaid and use Splenda instead of sugar.. Etc etc.. You can find some items like the ones i’m speaking of at a site like imedmart.com
And they supersize everything then get the diet drink what is up with that?
