Eat a lot of protein, run and lift weights…try to use heavier weights as you get stronger:)
choose the muscles you want to do and find a way to work it without equipment do it until it hurts then work another muscle till it hurts and with however many muscles you want to work slowly start to do more of the sets each day and eat healthy so you can easily get used to the buildup of muscle usage
although if you can easily access a gym use the different equipment like stated above gym equipment is better at building muscle then ground excersize
hey bro im on my girl friends page but these people are half ways full of shit lol… im a personal trainer, you do need to eat a lot, and i mean a lot… stay away from fast foods and deep fried foods.. get on a wheay protien take 250grams a day on top of your food. cut down on you running and lift heavy as possible 4 to 5 sets of 5 reps on any muscles you work.. only work one to two muscle groups a day no more you should eat 6 to 7 times a day eat lean a lot
Consume a high protein diet, drink plenty of water and you may also want to try http://glycocarn.com/ an ingredient found in many muscle building supplements .

Ain´t that the truth. I´m starting our my own PT business here in Helsinki now, and whilst I am motivated by many things to do this, the biggest primus motor is being able to help people realize how much even basic levels of physical fitness approve one´s quality of life.
Big fan of both your music and your fitness thing, keep up the awesomeness Brendan.
