What is the most affective way to lose weight without eating?
I’ve heard if you dont eat your body stores fat and you dont lose weight. well since a couple days ago i’ve been eating a yogurt in the morning (thats it for the day) and running/walking 4 miles. i just want to know if i’ll lose weight that way. for the rest of the day i really dont do anything sense i got kicked out of school about over a year ago, all i’ve been doing sense than is sleep, smoke weed, and eat during the school hours.

well you should at least have like..2 yogurts.
yeah you will lose weight that way. but as soon as your start eating normal again, you will gain all the weight back.

smoking keeps you skinny. i munch out every single day and i lose like half a pound a day.
do me a favor and AT LEAST eat 1,000 calories. i guarantee you will still lose weight. and it is less likely to gain it all back in like 2 months.

You are doing a big no no! IF you punish your body like that for so long it will come back to bite you in the butt because eventually you are going to bing from being malnutritioned and gain what you lost back plus ten to twenty pounds. Just eat very smalls meals six times a day.
1. Water only.No other drinks.
2.No fried foods No bread.At All.
3. No deserts. At All.
Do this for two Weeks and i guarantee you will lose more weight than you you have in your yogurt diet. At least 10 to 15 pounds. Promise.
Uhm….you won’t lose wieght that way.
When you starve yourself, your body recognizes that and you will stop losing weight as it goes into self preserveation mode.
The best thing to do is to 5-6 small HEALTHY meals during the day. Walking/running is good aerobic exercise, but you might want to add some other routines as well as some strength training.
Smoking weed is only going to make you fatter, because it stimulates your appetite. Eating only yogurt is still basically starving and you will store fat and only lose water weight.
I suggest you only eat raw fruit and vegetables. You can eat as much as you want and you will lose weight every day. And your body will not store fat because you are providing it with food and lots of nutrients.
