you wanna know what ive learned? Football and wrestling are contradictory sports. You don’t wanna lose weight for football but have to for wrestling. If you were a lineman i would say go for both sports, but if you wanna be great at one of them I would say your going to have to choose which one your only going to be playing. Wresting is bad for football, trust me I did both. Keeps you in the best shape of your life but the fact is you loose to much muscle even though you lose fat.

Yes i am like them one average boy of age 16 who like to play football with whole passion.
One thing I want to reply to is that weight loss program fast may be possible by the suitable diet and exercise. Your size not just affects the look, but also the complete quality of life. Self-esteem, depressive disorders, health risks, and physical capabilities are damaged in excess weight. It is possible to make everything right and still gain. Should this happen, a condition may be the root cause. While an excessive amount food and not enough workout are usually the culprit, common health concerns and traditionally used prescriptions may greatly increase size. Thx for your post here.
Ugh… if you have to go it alone, it’s definitely going to hurt. Start small, find something you can control and build from there. Don’t underestimate the effect of diet and exercise on your cognition and sleep cycle. You can start with one apple and one sit-up. You’re headed into a depression and you’re going to have to go through pain on the way out. The longer you wait to start recovering the less you’re going to feel like starting anything at all
