What stores can i go to for a juice diet?
I would like to go on a 7 day juice diet but i don’t have a juicer, where can i go to get my fruit/vegtable juice? Is the store Juice It Up a reliabe place?

Do you have a blender? You can make a smoothie of fruit, and it will be the same amount of calories as the juice fast, but you will be saving the fiber (normally ‘juiced out’ of fruit in the process) and your digestive system will be aided and stimulated.
I would have to say GNC as well. Or you could just buy some juice. I have heard that those really pricey juice diets are just a fad, and aren’t really different from typical juice.
“Leadership” based on a bottle of fruit juice….sick,…. absolutely sick.
