What’s a good diet for an ectomorph trying to gain muscle?
I’m 18. I get plenty of exercise in the form of running and weight lifting. Recently I’ve just been having doubts about my diet. I know I need high protein – 1.5 grams for every pound i weigh every day + plenty of carbs and some fat. The question is what specific foods should I eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner to gain muscle?

Keep lifting heavy and keep your protein intake high. It’s really as simple as that. I prefer to aim for 1 goal and stick with it, trying to do both at the same time is sort of like trying to stand and sit at the same time… Yes, it’s possible to gain muscle AND lose fat. Usually it happens in your newbie days, but after those newbie gains slow, I think it’s more efficient to concentrate on 1 goal and stick to it.
