it’s on youtube, there are a million on youtube. Look up “diet coke and mentos” and it will bring up a bunch. Don’t search fountain because it won’t do it.

Well, right. I’m just saying if someone sold a product called “X-PLODE DRINK!”, marketed it aggressively, and then revealed it contained a bottle full of Diet Coke and Mentos, set to combine when it hit your stomach, I would hope and pray the FDA would step in and yank that shit.

Yep – baking soda and vinegar (and a touch of red food color, if you dare). Build the sucker out of chicken wire or metal screening and cover it in strips of newspaper dipped in liquid laundry starch. Add some paint and you're good to go.
Use a plastic cup for the reservoir (build the chicken wire around it) and pour the vinegar into the baking soda and watch it happen.
Ooh – or you could use diet coke and mentos to make the volcano blast – search for it on you tube if you haven't seen it yet.
