Which diet is the quickest and safest way to lose 20 lbs?

I know it is safer to lose weight a few pounds a week; however, I tend to lose the first week and then it all stops or I’m just not motivated. Any suggestions on a good effective diet that is easy to stick too?

    Hands down…I recommend the Cookie Diet.  It sounds nuts to lose weight eating cookies, but it’s very effective short term to lose around 20ibs or so.  It works because these cookies are specially formulated to get rid of your hunger and satisfy your sweet tooth.  Actually, the guy created them for people who can’t stick to a diet.  He even locks himself in a room while he’s mixing them so no one finds out his secret for making them so well, lol.  You can check out a resource about them below.
