@n2dpun You need to establish a solid database before you begin using auctioneer, allow a week or 2 of scans(1 or 2 a day) before you start using its features. And even then, it wont be perfect cause there are people that mess the market up to screw up averages on certain items. Start with a niche and figure out on your own how much those items go for and branch out from there. Auctioneer features like snatch are just used to help automate things, but still requires some study of your own.

I don’t like how auctioneer works. Like when you search items it tells you your getting that item cheap but most of the time theres a cheaper one out there and its just going off the most expensive one which in most cases is like a retarded price. Soo what happens is you buy something that auctioneer say is cheap and you resell it and lose money

@MiniStew2 Don’t do it during peak hours or in dalaran, because its all about getting the data from the AH and saving into Auctioneers files. Apart from that you can only get a faster internet connection (as the only other factor is the quantity of items on the AH)

My Auctioneer FastScan takes way too long in the processing stage. Is their anything which can help me overcome this problem?

  12. Swamoez0rs says:

Im trying this now, but at the Snatch screen, the prices for each items just don’t appear. It stays blank, getting no results from searches (and yes I’ve done the AH scan).

If you have a list of items that you want to buy all of, how do you buy them all without having to confirm each and every purchase? I can do the Ctrl-Alt Purchase All but then have to say that ‘yes, I want it’ on every item.

  23. EvilBlonde666 says:

okey i’ve set the items up in the snatch list and i’ve pressed search, but there are still items in the list that are 90-100% of the AH price. How can i remove those items from my search results so i can press the purchase all button?

  24. Magesandrogue says:

this is like a game within a game. I suppose there are people who only play the economy of WOW. it can be quite addicting in it self. for myself, I find opening a mailbox full of sold items a lot more satisfying than beating on bosses.

  25. Johannes0702 says:

no offence, but your not very good to teach other people how to make gold =/

  26. reddddditer says:

While you overstate it^1, you are generally correct. Controlling prices below profitability just breaks the system. _^1 a counter-example : When you check into a hotel you will see on the back of the door the legal maximum price for that room. But that price is invariably way higher than market value, so it only serves to prevent extreme gouging.
